Heavy Duty Pallet Racking
Heavyduty pallet racks are widely used for warehousing and raised storage applications. Heavyduty Pallet racking system is provided with a highraise design and could be supplied upto height of 10 Mts maximum with specified load capacity to suit the requirement of the client. The pallets per locations can be 2-4 Nos depending on the size of the pallets. This design provides a effective utilisation of the roof heights of the buildings.
Also can be used for cold storages with a galvanised finish provided to widhstand deep freeze temperatures.
Pallet racks are operated with equipments such as stackers, forklifts, VNA Reach trucks etc..depending on the requirement and system design
Light Duty Boltless Shelving
The Boltless Shelving are modular storage racks with a miniature design of a longspan shelfing and suitable for bin storages, light components, record rooms etc. The design is versatile and easily adjustable with antivibration design. It is usually with a operating height of 2-3 Mts maximum for manual operations. The shelfing is with a single pannel bottom support design and multifold pannel design depending on load criteria. Could be used for loading from 150 – 350 Kg UDL per level.
Long Span Shelfing
Longspan Shelfing is used for storage of components at different heights with shelfing areas for easy identification and assorting. The longspan shelfing can be used for light , medium and heavy storage applications depending on the product and need. These racks are adjustable, antivibrationand durable design with multifold shelfing pannelsdismandable and could be operated with ladder trollys, order pickers, scissor lifts etc.
Drivin Racking
The drivin or Drivethroughsystem follow a FIFO type of storage concepts and widely used in FG Storage area. Where these systems provides a cubical space utilisation concept with a maximum space utilisation of 75% of the space. The each bay of the system will be usually loaded with a identical product for storage and retrivals.
Drivein racks are heavyduty and will be connected as a superimposed structure with top tie members. The system is narrowed down as par the pallet diamensions so the truck enters and returns back narrow operation and could be operated with VNA trucks, Stackers and forklifts etc.
